PAELLADOC is built around a simple observation: implementation speed has increased, but software still fails when intent, evidence and code drift apart.

Product before output

Generated output is not progress by itself. The factory first establishes the user, the problem, the constraints and the definition of correct behavior. Production code is one result of that product system.

Validate before multiplying

Ambiguity becomes expensive when an automated builder can reproduce it at high speed. Risky assumptions and acceptance criteria should be challenged before they are multiplied across screens, services and tests.

Context must be durable

A conversation is an interface, not a system of record. Important product facts should survive model changes, sessions and team handoffs in inspectable artifacts and knowledge graphs.

Delivery must remain traceable

A roadmap item, sprint task or code change should be explainable in product terms. The path from intent to implementation must remain navigable in both directions.

Models are replaceable; the product is not

Models can be routed according to the work and can change over time. The product memory, evidence and code relationships should remain locally governed instead of being trapped inside one provider’s conversation history.

Human judgment stays visible

PAELLADOC accelerates analysis and execution, but it does not hide product decisions behind automation. Assumptions, evidence, trade-offs and approvals should remain legible to the people responsible for the outcome.
